Rx (Men): First 10 rounds of thrusters at 95#, second 10 rounds at 105#

Rx (Women): First 10 rounds of thrusters at 65#, second 10 rounds at 75#

 

*Newbies..don’t worry, we will have you do as many rounds as possible!!

 

*It’s great to be back!! I need this WOD as much as you all if not more! I went a little overboard on The Cuban Food at my family reunion! This is gonna kill me tomorrow!!
